A Short Study In...Journey

The next in a regular series of short, 30-second reads about assumptions on design.

"We are a musical group. We focus our website and social media on selling tickets to our next shows.  That’s all we need.
Right?"

There is often more than one goal for your audience, and it is a journey through your site/social.

Suppose…

…your music group wants to engage their audience deeper, to make a real connection.

Which of these are part of the journey across your site/social?  (more than one answer is possible)


    1. Seeing if you are legit
    2. Figuring out how to get to show venues
    3. Checking the news about your group
    4. All of the above
    5. Ha!  You forgot to list something!
